Payment Methods
It’s really easy to place an order. Once you’ve selected what you want and added it to your basket you have the option to carry on shopping or click view basket to proceed to the next step. Here you can alter your order or go to the checkout. You can pay by card or PayPal. All payments are processed by PayPal, so are extremely secure. Your Information will never be passed on to anyone else and no financial details are held by Creme Nouveau. You don’t even have to have a PayPal account to complete transactions. You can easily pay by card at the checkout. If you have any worries send us a message at enquiries@cremenouveau.com and we’ll be happy to help. Orders are processed after payment had cleared, please bear in mind if you send a PayPal echeque it can take 10 days to clear.
Delivery Enquiries
Standard delivery costs £3.35 to the UK and £7.99 international. Items come gift boxed and carefully packaged. You can select your preferred delivery option at the checkout, there’s the choice of Royal mail next day delivery too. This options only applies to orders placed before 12 pm. We aim for all orders to be dispatched within 3 working days, Please allow up to 7 working days in case of busy times. You will be notified when you item has been dispatched.
Returns
If you buy something from Creme Nouveau and find its not suitable orders can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Item must be sent back in the same good re-sellable condition it arrived. Items are returned at your own expense. Creme Nouveau is not responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. Please keep hold of your receipt when posting and use a recorded service. You will then be able to claim for compensation if the item is lost or damaged in transit.
We cannot accept returns for bespoke items you have commissioned.
If your item is faulty on arrival please notify us and send to the address below. You must contact us at enquiries@cremenouveau.com within 7 days from receipt before you send your item back. We wont be able to process a return without some details and a transaction number from you first. Please bear in mind that if you want a replacement or repair it may be difficult to replicate a particular design due to the one off nature of the items. All best efforts will go to making something similar. You will not have to pay for a fixed item to be resent. If you decide you no longer want the item you will be refunded along with the postage costs.

TLC for your jewels
Ensure your piece stays in tip top condition for ever by following the simple steps below,
Don’t leave jewellery out in direct sunlight, especially if you have a hand cast resin piece. It may fade or damage the resin surface.
Don’t get corrosive liquids or spray on your jewellery like perfume or hairspray.
Don’t get it wet, to polish any resin use a dry cloth.
Be extra careful of your clothing catching on any rhinestones, especially if you have a big woolly jumper on.
If your piece involves vintage items special care should be taken due to its antique qualities.
Do love it and care for it, keep it in a safe place :)
